waitingtobuy scripps has indeed come down. Different parts of scripps are moving at different rates. Stonebridge has taken some steep losses indeed but that is alot higher end pricing. In general the caminito streets are among the least desireable parts of the area. These are tiny thin lots with super high density homes that are right next to each other. I anticipate these areas to get (or shall I say continue to get) hammered. They may be detached homes but they are at best a very poor substitute.
