    This is a single-level house in Poway.
    I wonder how much one has to spend to fix-up this house to a liveable condition.

    I was thinking this wouldn't be a bad fixer upper until i read the "half completed pool". Ughhhh….

    From what my realtor told me, (we thought about going for it) this property is still over priced. If you can get them to come off another 5 to 7% I would be a fair price. This is mainly due to the pool. Apparently the pool needs a ton of work.

    I'm assuming that if you have a half completed pool, and if you don't want it, it's not as simply is finding a  bunch of people to fill it up with dirt.  That's why I said ugh…Seems like it would be a huge expense to  either finish it or take it out.
