Yes these are twin homes, but the schools seems to be pretty good.

I know this area very well and used to live on Buckwheat which is not to far away. These homes are basically twin homes, they are attached homes that share a common wall. The area backs up to 56. I do see these homes depreciating over the long haul as well. I am not going to call where I see a bottom for these though. I think that for the money, it is worth paying a little bit more to get a true detached home. The HOA for these is about 30 bucks a month as well.
