I know that I am new to the piggs site, but I have been a avid reading since this summer. I have not seen this case mentioned yet and found it in the New York Times of all places.

The one line that made me laugh was.

When I saw the comps for my own house, the appraiser downgraded one of them thousands of dollars for having a pool. Perhaps this is just true of my area.
