How can we pessimists profit from this real estate decline? In the next day or two I plan to sell short, or buy puts, on a likely real estate casualty–bank, builder, etc. Am seeking advice on best vehicle. What company is most poised to decline? Would especially like to hear from someone already pursuing this strategy.
