ParticipantIt’s a beast for sure. I like MH but the mello-roos is a tough pill to swallow though they do have a nice community center/pool. I have a price target for MH that will trigger my purchase…it may be short of the 75/sq foot (which may pan out and may not). If predicting the bottom in real estate for a particular area were an exact science that could be bottled up, then I suspect many of Piggs would not be posting here and would be flying around in their private jets giving seminars and selling their secret formula 🙂

ParticipantA thorough I mean thorough inspection because of the release the bank makes you sign. These REOs were owned by people completely in over their heads financially, so don’t trust their judgement one iota when it comes to maintenace or doing something crazy on the way out.
