    I’ll tell you what fellow pigs, if you are not installing more installation, better windows & doors, tank-less water heaters and/or solar, all before dec 2010, I can’t help you.

    Prices are cheap and you get a 1/3 federal (on top of the state) deductions.

    Prices are cheap and you get a 1/3 federal (on top of the state) deductions.

    Yeah, california already has great rebates they started this years ago.
