ParticipantFor years, I was excited about the idea of buying a house. At this point, however, I’m over it. Renting has been SO much better for my financial situation over the last few years.
My new rule: When I see 6 months in a row of stable or slowly rising prices, that’s when I’ll buy. Until then, the housing market is just a carnival, and every real estate agent is a barker.
