    Guy,

    You would think that is the case but some people move in with family/friends/parents and I think a lot of people are getting out of CA similar to the 90’s crash. I have seen rents dropping in La Jolla / UTC area at least 10% with more pressure down….

    Does anyone have the numbers on people leaving CA vs coming into CA?
