DTI. Does that mean that someone with a pre-tax income of $200K can only borrow $90K?
Are these not jumbo loans. Why would a normal first time buyer want a jumbo loan?

Now……
We have to be fair to Mr Sterling. Rich did back him not a corner at the end and he admitted there would be a downturn.Unfortunately Wall St and the big banks were not listening to the show.

Good idea doofrat, though judging from what some patiently waiting landlords on these pages say, the ratio will have to be a lot lower before they move this time The value generated from 11 or 12 might be the value the property rises too after the market hits bottom: ie along term valuation.
