My friend put deposite in Manzanita Trail and after a week they dropped, and moved to 4S. CV school is attractive for the buyer even it is high in MR and HOA. People are still willing to move there. If no guarantee for the Torrey Pine high school, Poway school distirct is good option.

freshmanParticipantsome HOA in 4S are just $70-90, so HOA in DS is double at least. You pay what you get like pool, but HOA has no tax reduction. $70 more per month to step out of your house and use the facilities in DS or about $30 more per month to use facilities in LA Fitness ? trade off
