Which part of PQ does not really matter. I have been watching the market of PQ since last year. I have not been buying mainly because there are so far only high-end properties are for sale. Lower-end properties are mostly not present except for a few that need some major remodeling. You are right, there were more inventories last year. People don’t want to sell this year for some reasons. By the way, I am looking at $500-$600K, 4 br is my preference.

I have looked at Poway and RB but it takes much more time to commute because I worked at UTC area. By looking at PQ, it is a nice neighborhood. I like RB also. Comparing RB and PQ, houses in RB appear nicer and it is not as pricy as in PQ. Which area is better, PQ or RB? Which one has a better school district in terms of school scores. Thanks.
