    I’ve been told that digging up the concrete from a pool and filling with dirt costs a minimum of 10 to 15K depending on the size of the pool, etc. I have no idea whether or not you can just fill it with dirt, once the drains are plugged.

    I’ve been told that digging up the concrete from a pool and filling with dirt costs a minimum of 10 to 15K depending on the size of the pool, etc. I have no idea whether or not you can just fill it with dirt, once the drains are plugged.

    From what my realtor told me, (we thought about going for it) this property is still over priced. If you can get them to come off another 5 to 7% I would be a fair price. This is mainly due to the pool. Apparently the pool needs a ton of work.
