Ummmmmhhhh… don’t know whom to believe and whom to consider. There is always one “yes” and one “no”. None of the predictions work in time and help us however all we interpret these later when enough is done.

5yearwaiterParticipant
Nope. Its pending now. I was talking about this one.
http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-100032436-10209_Lone_Bluff_Dr_San_Diego_CA_92127Just like I said, people are buying just about anything right now. Not only did this home have severe cracks, it even had a plumbing leak in the master bathroom and kitchen. Oh well !!!
Yes I am also taking about this one. My friend who had directly approached Listing agent got call two weeks back and agent mentioned this home back on the market. Agent didn’t give full details why this came back on market, however agent suggested the price around 700K to my friend to go fresh offer and my friend denied about this house. Yes this has all sorts of cracks (horizontal, vertical and even Diagonal). The funny thing about this home is there is nor door that opens from garage to inside house, all you have to do is from the side door all the way you have to go back side of home and enter via back door. Many folks never watch this much close the garage is one way detached not attached. I am seeing now this is in Pending sale … unbelievable how people buying such with this premium price? do they know these facts or not?

5yearwaiterParticipant
I think most of the homes along that ridge have some foundation issue. The other home that came on the market as REO a few days back had severe cracks in the dry wall. The windows did not open and you could see diagonal cracks in the stucco outside all windows. Personally, I have decided to stay away from the whole Legacy community… and with the builder asking these prices, no way! The market is so hot that I feel people are buying anything. The other home I mentioned went pending in a week.
Not only the other home many homes at that ridge got several cracks on the walls. It is now clear the houses there got much deffects with foundation errors and I believe that other home also back on the market.
