I am actually very thankful for the piggies. Starting about a year ago, I was getting frustrated with apartment living but I knew I just couldn’t afford the houses/condos where I live. And as I was surfing internet about RE (and getting more frustrated) I bumped into this site. Boy was I glad!The reasons were:
1st, I knew I would have to just wait and I will be able to afford to buy a house/condo.2nd, I found out there’s no such thing as being priced out.
3rd, piggies gave me hope!.
I have a degree from a UC campus and my wife’s a teacher. And yes, if we can’t afford to buy a house/condo, than something is really wrong…
