This was a low level judge, and, IIRC, this was something like a fourth ruling of that kind. Of those, two were in favor and one was against.

However, it doesn’t allow them to regulate inactivity. Which essentially is what is happening by them requiring people to purchase healthcare that don’t have it…or don’t want it. This reminds me of a lot of the crap FDR pulled during the Raw Deal.
