My renters short and long have all been great. In fact, I have improved communities and long term residents are grumbling that there is no place left for them. But it’s not me displacing anyone. It’s supply and demand.

It’s a wonderful innovation because it allows people to access luxury properties they would othetwise not get to experience. It should about access and customer experiences — win-win.

Airbnb has a lot of haters. People really need to embrace the times. I am renting out a house on Airbnb. Talked to the neighbors….. only 30 days or more and it’s working out great. The neighbors are not thrilled, but they need to suck it up.
This lady’s house in Manhattan Beach would be a great as 30-day or more rental. LA is a big market and lots of people come for work projects or holiday. She should rent it out with an electric car (on Turo), free charging included. The emoji would make it fun for the renters!
