    Hello,

    I am a renter and am getting sick of it. I found a 4-apt multi family home for sale. The price tag is $675k and with all apts filled it brings in $5,200/month. It is in northern NJ close to a train and New York City with great schools in the area. I would take one of the apartments and continue to rent the other 3. Through a formula I learned on this site, the seller is looking for slightly less than 11x annual income for the property.

    Does this sound like a deal?
