The house is not sold. In fact it has not been placed on the MLS yet. I was going to say it was a foreclosure and the bank has not priced it yet but that is dead wrong. In fact the owner has owned it since 1988 and has only two recorded loans on it, one for 10k and another for 50k back in 1995. If you saw a Pru sign out front eventually I will assume it will hit the market.
