Yup! How did you guess? The only clue I gave was “extremely nice, sought after neifgborhood, between Dallas and Ft. Worth”. That could be Grapevine, Southlake, Keller.

Yes, I’m about 20 minutes from Richland Hills. North Richland Hills is nicer and in one of the best school districts. A 3/2, 2500sf can be had for $250K.

ParticipantI just liked a lot of those towns in terms of where I’d want to buy. I used to work at Sabre (down by the airport HQ, not in Southlake), and rented in Euless. Nearly bought in a nice part of Bedford, but couldn’t pull the trigger. Then we moved to Ohio for 6 years where we owned the entire time.
My wife taught at Trinity High, and we were watching TV the other night and saw the Trojans featured on a national commercial for Gatorade. They show a bunch of HS football shots, and you see Trinity Trojans, during a game, and at the end Bill Parcells is at the toll booth saying “Can you pay the toll”. We were not sure until we re-wound the commercial and saw the HS behind one of the practices.
