Flu: Dude. What makes you think I’m a survivalist? I’d definitely encourage you to exercise your 2nd Amendment rights and buy a nice Remington 870 12ga, but I’m about as far from being a survivalist as there is.

January 24, 2009 at 11:50 AM #334837TheBreezeParticipant
Obama campaigned on getting out of Iraq and ramping up in Afghanistan and, if necessary, in Pakistan. I fail to see how this is a continuation of Bush’s policies when Obama is doing exactly what he said he would do.
Now if Obama was using drones to bomb Iraq, then you’d have an argument.
This just shows how retarded those righties are. They think that as long as Obama is continuing to bomb ‘someone’ he is continuing Bush policies. Although Bush and the 20% of righties who are still standing with him may not be able to distinguish between Iraq and Afghanistan, thank the Good Lord Above that we now have a leader in charge who can.

January 24, 2009 at 11:51 AM #334842Allan from FallbrookParticipantafx: And if you think that Obama is going to do anything even remotely different than The Plan that’s already in motion, well, sport, you’re hitting off the same bong that Breezie is.
The Plan is in place and has been for decades. All of this talk about neocons and their supposed agenda is pure drivel. It’s about the creation and implementation of an energy policy that dates back to 1945 and one that ensures the US maintains its grip on the oil that drives our economy.
Look at the British Empire and their energy policy (plentiful coal for navy, factories and populace) and then look at where the British Empire set up shop. It’s the same damn thing and it doesn’t have dick to do with the Dems or the Repubs or the left or the right, amigo.
Follow the friggin’ money.
