Property tax default is a good indicator of future foreclosures.

I agree the 1% sales tax increase is a rip off.
I try to buy online from out of state companies so I don’t pay sales taxes. Amazon has the “prime” account that provides free shipping on the stuff that they sell. My friend has that account so a group of us share it (you have to trust your friends not to “mistakenly” use your credit card to make a purchase).

I am so glad I’m a homeowner… where my total cost of ownership (including that “big check”!) is 25% less than what I’d be paying for rent (thanks for the low-rate refi, Bernanke!)… and I never have to worry about my “rent” increasing.
My point: Where you stand depends upon where you sit.

I am so glad I’m a homeowner… where my total cost of ownership (including that “big check”!) is 25% less than what I’d be paying for rent (thanks for the low-rate refi, Bernanke!)… and I never have to worry about my “rent” increasing.
My point: Where you stand depends upon where you sit.
