I forgot my favorite after-dinner drink. Used to be port, but now I like Bailey’s on the rocks with just a splash of Absolute Raspberry. Not Chambord – too sweet and cough-syrupy. A raspberry vodka. Not too much. Just a splash.
after dinner drinks are underutilized, at least by me. i think they’re good because they are dessert drinks; they signal the end of drinking for that time period.

I only order 1-3, as one can’t feel manly ordering an Appletini…I will sip from those sitting on the table though. 🙂
Completely agree with sduuuude about Rum & Coke being a match made in heaven. I’d drink it more often if it didn’t make me do things no sane man should do.
We keep a fully stocked bar at our house, and though I don’t drink it I’ll tell you what everyone has been trying and loving in our cabinet:
