    I looked at Verizon’s phones offering and they don’t even offer this phone new anymore. Only pre-owned. Plus there are many reviews that state what you said.

    The phone made it past the warranty date so I don’t know that it is even worth it… Plus you might want to include LG themselves in your lawsuit if you press on…

    TemekuT, look around and there are a few pretty good deals out there. Back around valentine’s day, Tmobile was having a free phone day…All phones were free (subject to 2 year contract). And they had a lot of cool phones….including the galaxy s.

    Also, I hate to mention this but…Phone’s aren’t necessarily made to really last for a long long time anymore, unlike previous “feature phones”…Chances are users are going to be upgrading every 2 years or so….I doubt for instance the latest Android O/S like ice cream when it comes out will still run on a Droid…….

    In all, I really like Verizon. And I’ve warmed up to Sprint and T-mobile. I don’t mind AT&T either….

    That’s the total opposite from what my friend who has one said. He told me to stay away from the Galaxy. Too much bloat ware slowing it down big time.

    Well you can bloat any phone out there but mine is much faster than other ppls similar models.

    Also… New Flash… ATT just bought TMobile!
