That’s the title of the email I got from Richmond American with regard to Luminara at San Elijo Hills. I went there last summer and they’ve been sending me emails with inventory updates from time to time.

The funny part though is that Luminara itself sold a total of 1 home since February. Two of the houses referenced (lots 7 and 8) were already mentioned in the first email I got from them in September. Back then they were asking $559,470. Today it’s $560,825 and $560,732 but you get “upgraded cabs and staircase”.
