ParticipantRegarding which development has the best value….everyone has different tastes, priorities, price range, etc. I think if you are a strong buyer you can knock the prices way down. It seems to me that there is a wide price range for somewhat similar properties.
The Shadetree property is a real bummer. Calabria is selling their models and building on the rest of the model street. To me the yards are painfully small, the other houses are real close, and they just seem crammed in.May 27, 2009 at 2:10 PM #406584localguy

ParticipantOCrenter: Mind if I ask if you feel the low quality is in the builder or just in the “crap we need to get these built and sold quick” market attitude? I’m thinking of checking out the CornerStone houses in Santee this weekend and will be curious if they have the tile and orange peep issues you mentioned above.
Although my budget of 450k max would probably warrant such construction. Ha
