Here 4S Got a lot Inventory so the reason you are getting enough deals and the HOA + Mela rose biting bit more to bring price lower war. In case of Park Village (such a old construction) there are hardly a few inventory and no one can sell like in 4S (bankowned and high priced bids in 2005). How many really go and buy in Park Village even if the inventory exist…. very few can go for them and many just want more newer constructions with new layouts and sofishtication.
