Poway schools and CV schools are in essence comparable in quality. But you are paying a quarter million more to buy a Carmel Valley home that is smaller by 1000 sqft, with a smaller yard, just so you are 15 minutes closer to the beach and to get that Carmel Valley address?
Doesn’t make sense to me at all. I know a lot of these 4S ranch homes carry with them higher mello roos, but the price drop in 92127 more than make up for that in my mind.
