I, like so many of my peers, am a late 20’s upwardly mobile professional in San Diego looking at other parts of the country to buy my first house and start my family. I’m a data-driven guy, and have been following Rich’s site for quite some time. I’d like to find the same sort of data that Rich uses for Madison, WI. NOD rates, forclosures, price indexes, inventory, sales numbers, etc. Where can I find such info? TIA.
