The difference now as opposed to last year is that many of the people who will be duped by this irresponsible journalism and decide that ‘now is the time to buy’ will be turned away at the bank. Thankfully, new lending standards are making the market more idiot proof every day. Those who make it through the cracks will just provide more fuel for this fire to continue burning 3, 5, even 7 years from now.
