Downtown rents were down peak-to-trough by about 10%-15% depending on the location. Now rents are moving up again. Once Vantage Pointe is fully leased up (purportedly by August) things are actually going to be a bit tight downtown. Which surprises me.

It constantly amazes me how Econ 101 can apply to so many things. I have’nt used the caclulus since I took the test in college, but supply and demand literally apply to everything almost every day. Do they teach that in high school? if not they sure should.
