    I recieved this in the mail a couple weeks ago and was stunned at what these realtors are doing these days, have been meaning to post it online to see if it amounts to deception/false advertising or baiting. The ad clearly sends false messages about the state of the market, could it be seen as predatory?

    OT: I find the cartoon version of the realtor in the ad pretty interesting.

    Why would someone make a cartoon versus that highlights certain features is beyond me.
