I’m a novice. The closest I’ve come to a RE transaction was when I placed a few offers in late 2003 through a RE Agent (or was it a realtor or a RE broker. I thought they were the same). I did’nt know anything about appraisers or inspectors. Can someone explain the various players involved and their responsibilities and who they are paid by? Or, may be post a link to some page that explains these.
