You wait and you will be buying them at 150k. Just buy it. The scenerio just pushes you to buy. Even without ur wife in the workforce you will still need to pay rent. Factor that tax break which about pays for ur property taxes in most cases. I think I am paying about 569 on my cabin and even though I only went up there a combines 2 weeks of last year I will never sell it.
