If a mall and pechanga casino make you happy, that is unfortunate. There are many more productive ways to spend free time. I can see how my post came across as negative, but no where in it do I “yearn” for crime, or expect .20 on the dollar. That is just plain insulting.
BTW apartments on La Paz are quite close to pechanag, definitely within walking distance, unless you have been drinking to much and eating too much fried chinese food, then I suggest getting off your ass and working out. Most of the apartments are closer to important amenities, not a lousy casino, and there are plenty and they are walkable to important places.
TG, I still like Temecula, I play devils advocate a lot, but I honestly feel there is more pain to come. I still don’t hear much evidence to support otherwise that isn’t speculative and emotional. Remember we have over 4 years of inventory, and rates are only going to rise… How are all of these people going to buy up all of these homes… working at Pechana…, Big 5…maybe they could sell cars at Paradise Chevy..

I am happy here, I am openly disappointed as to the direction things have gone. I’m not some cocky bad ass who brags about my six figure income, who posts as if I am the know it all encyclopedia of Temecula, and how quick I can pay off my house.
