Yes it is the general 4S HOA and Mello Roos of 1.5% instead of the 1.7% that most of the N side pays…Yes the lots are overall bigger on the S side however I like the parks on the N side better. The water park, movies in the park, July 4th festival, and Easter Hunt are all in the N side. Once the trees mature… I agree that the area will look different.
