Yes excellent read! In almost every business deal there is a winner and a loser (there is also win win) so, in the end, the end sum game is really zero. That’s what makes these times really interesting is that there is still the same assets and money out there, it just causes people to behave differently. People do not like to make changes in their behavior, but will when forced to. I consider myself a winner in this latest round of recession but realize my gains will be wiped out by higher taxes down the road.
