Yeah.. the govt. becoming a landlord.. meaning that they would then set the bar on rent rates and so on.. what a clusterf*ck that would be, nice neighborhoods gone.. election years will be spent on people chanting *Lower our rent* and equal rights people running down the streets asking why the lower economic ranks can’t rent in La Jolla and Del Mar and how it’s discrimination, no thanks
