While this thread was started with a discussion on MH low-end trends its title could probably be changed to MH trends. I don’t believe that the mid and upper end of MH can avoid big declines across the board. Some good examples have already been posted. Many more to come IMHO. The same should hold true for the other more “elite” zips in SD. As jp said they are taking longer to fall, but fall they will.
