we’ll see if this stuff ever hits the market, the inventory levels in places like Clairemont, Mira Mesa, etc… is just crazy right now.
I was looking for a place for a few weeks but have gone back to my fence spot (it wasn’t even cold) because it wasn’t worth the time to look. A place hits the MLS, you go to look at it, and there are 3 people already there, placing bids!
