Washington is a great state. My wife and I were seriously loking at Portland. I had a job lined up with Nike and we were ready to leave. In a HIGH END area a 4000 sqft home would be about $400k. The one day watching the news they showed this snow storm and these cars sliding around and hitting each other. Just then I realized I don’t like snow and decided to stay here. Still renting but no shoveling.
