Those houses on Avenida Kirjah have been on the market for at least a year. Some developer built huge houses on a cul-de-sac next to some 1970s homes and then tried to sell them for up to $3.5M. I think they managed to sell 2 of them for mid 2s and the rest are still on the market.
Last week a house in Del Mar on Gatun closed for $2.5M. It had originally listed last year for $4.295-$4.495M, and after a few large reductions it finally sold for cash (just a guess since it was only pending for about a week). When ya gotta sell, ya gotta sell…
