This place SUCKS and a lot money need to be invested to clean up the crap there. Also this location is not in 4S ranch and having a very small roads (unable to pass one vehivle if any big vehicle in to these roads). Not a good parking drives.. could be those are all shared ones. Yes it is not worth of the price for this place.
