And you are a sleazeball realtor. How about you drop the Internet toughguy act and try to keep the conversation civilized? I didn’t even address you in my post and would prefer it if sleazeball realtors didn’t reply to my posts. k, thx. [/quote]
Damn breeze,
I agree with you on a lot of terms but chill out man, it is obvious that sdr is proud to be a realtor, just because there are a million+1 dipshits out there don’t classify them all as one.
While I too don’t agree with sdr I wouldn’t say he’s a dipshit by any means.
We are all on this website for a common goal, perspectives will be different. Let’s at least be cordial to each other, while perspectives are different, we all have pretty close to the same beliefs when it comes to housing..
While sdr’s may be a little more optimistic than many on this boards view of the direction on housing. It’s still within the same ballpark as us compared to many of the “idiots” you refer to.
As far as the topic, I don’t see how housing can be more expensive next year, not in CA. Maybe in other areas where maybe things are borderline. I’m going back to WI to visit family, they don’t give a shit about housing, it isn’t affecting them. It seems like news about another world, all my old friends don’t know what I’m talking about when it comes to housing.
Here in CA, the shit pile is too big, and no matter how big the shovel is that govt. picks up to move it, the shit keeps piling up.
