The outages haven’t disappeared. They just aren’t as frequent. There is still an electricity generating shortage at capacity in this state which becomes apparent everytime we get a heat wave in the middle of the summer and public officials start imploring people to turn off their AC’s and to avoid running the dishwasher or washer/dryer in the middle of the day.
