The instance that made me think of the square foot comment was an obvious misrepresentation of a master bedroom. The listing stated 14 x 12 feet when the actual size was 10 by just under 10. Not sure if they were including the in-room bathroom towards the measurements but it was immediately apparent to myself and my Realtor that the room was no where near the stated size.
