The houses built in 2000 that are selling for similar prices went on the market for the low $400’s new. I’m afraid that all the fancy flooring and other BS upgrades aren’t going to make a half million dollar house worth what the builders are trying to get for them. There is no argument to support these houses (or new ones like them) tripling in value in 7 years…..none.
