The AGENT doesn’t want the buyer to!
That might require work on their part.
In the days when I was aggressive about buying property, I would lay out for the agent what I wanted, and what MY terms were. I spoke to a lot of them. Some actually said to me that if they could find properties on my terms, they would buy them themselves…
I persisted, but not with them.
Of course all agents aren’t bad, but this is the sales stuff that is available to agents through industry publications…. Tips on how to succeed…
Don’t forget that these are the same people who are repeating the NAR propaganda of the bottom is in, and we’ll be out of the woods soon… Just repeat it to yourself so you can comvince the buyers (see #8 above!)
So, if you are demanding, want a deal, and don’t want to listen to the agent, you better not be late to an appt !!!
