The 3932 Caminito Amparo won’t quite set the comps that much lower in Barcelona. I’ve been inside of it. It’s a disaster. Almost everything needs to be replaced. Plus, it’s arguably the worst location of all Barcelona homes. Lots of noise from the I-5, tiny back yard with the neighbor on top looking down and a forest full of vines & garbage plants raining down.
