Thanks, SD R. I think you are right about the business ofthe street. It’s a main surface street that goes to the elementary school. They have bumps to discourage people to drive there but still. After all, PQ has plenty of houses in quieter locations. Just this weekend we saw an open house on Paseo Cevera that was quite nice and clean and upgraded – even though a bit smaller, and older , that we liked
We were all excited because of the floor plan with 1 bdr/1 bath downstairs and the large yard at a reasonable price. Of course, due to their DOMs we’d have lowballed them. But you are right about the proximity to freeway – it is a significan drawback now come to think more about it.
